Welcome to Fight the Tummy!  Whether you've just started your weight loss journey or are still on the fence, we hope to share tips, keep you inspired and encouraged along the way.  We are not experts, we are just older, out-of-shape parents of very small children doing our best to get our health back on track.  We not only want to be around for our children, but have the ability to play ball with them, run with them, enjoy life with them!  My mother (Nicole's) had Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndrome before she passed at 52 years old.  I saw what it was like to live in constant pain.  I don't want to live life like that, or have my children see it.  While we haven't started our exercise programs yet, we are on our way to a better life.  We are 7 weeks into our journey and have lost 46 lbs between the two of us, with the help of Plexus.  Please come back and visit often, and share with us your journey!
